Is 14k gold-filled right for you?

Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold which must constitute at least 5% of the item's total weight, mechanically bonded to a base metal.

Our gold-filled tie bars have a layer of 14k gold on the front and back, with exposed base metal at the edges. They’re a great option for most, but if you have a brass sensitivity, we recommend choosing solid 14k gold instead.

  • For satin sterling silver, gently rub with a Scotch-Brite pad to refresh the finish.

Antiqued Sterling Silver

  • Easy to maintain—lightly rub with a Scotch-Brite pad if yellowing occurs.
  • Avoid polishing cloths and dips to preserve the antiqued effect.
