Before It Ships, We Build It
Real talk: We don’t keep a stockpile of shiny things ready to launch. Every piece is made to order by hand—because you deserve better than mass-produced. Most orders are processed in 2–5 business days, but solid 14k gold might take a bit longer to clear the runway.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays (even our crew needs a break). Be sure to factor in both processing and transit time when estimating delivery.
If there’s an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll reach out right away with updates and options. We’ve got your six.
Transit estimates
Heads up, pilot: Transit times are based on what the couriers say—but sometimes even their flights hit turbulence. We’re not responsible for any unexpected delays or able to refund shipping costs if your package takes the scenic route.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout—no surprises, just the usual jet-fueled honesty.

Heads up, crew! Our fabrication time kicks in before we ship—your package won't deploy the second you click "order." Add processing time to transit time, and that’s your ETA. Keep an eye on it like a good wingman.
P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Serving those who serve: We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses using USPS. If the mail can reach your post, so can our mission-ready jewelry.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
Once your order’s wheels are up, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number. It usually goes live within 24 hours—just enough time to grab a coffee and start refreshing.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Heads up, recruit! Jet Fighter Jewelry doesn’t cover customs fees, taxes, tariffs or import duties—those are yours to handle before the package gets delivered, no questions asked. If your package gets held up in bureaucratic airspace, we salute you… and suggest having your wallet on standby.
Damages
In the rare event of a mission mishap—damaged or lost orders—Jet Fighter Jewelry will file a claim with the courier on your behalf. If your package arrives looking like it took enemy fire (or never arrives at all), contact us ASAP. And hang on to all packaging and damaged goods—they’re part of the evidence we’ll need to file a proper report.
